Choose a major because it will prepare you for a specific career path, advanced study or simply because you love the subject matter. Your career in Plant Science can start as a freshman, and you should declare the Plant Science major and a specialization on your application.

If you don’t get into UF as a freshman, consider spending two years at community college and then reapply.
